We deliver our products reliably and securely to your doorstep – whether you’re a private or business customer. Here you'll find all important information about shipping methods, delivery times, returns and more.

Countries we ship to

We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland. 

You can order via our local country shops – just choose your language from the top right menu.

Delivery times

The exact delivery time is shown on the respective product page. For international shipping, please allow an additional 3–4 working days. General guidelines:

In case of delays or pre-orders, we will inform you via phone or email.

Note: Freight delivery is kerbside only. No in-house delivery is provided.

Overview of shipping types

  • Parcel shipping: For small items (e.g. taps, accessories). Delivered by DHL, DPD or GLS – no prior notice, directly to your door.
  • Bulky goods shipping: For larger but still parcel-suitable items (e.g. shower columns, radiators). Shipped with tracking via specialist carriers.
  • Freight shipping: For large or heavy goods (e.g. bathtubs, shower cabins, bathroom furniture).
    • Delivery is kerbside only.
    • No transport into the building included.
    • The freight company will call you in advance to schedule delivery.
    • A second delivery attempt is chargeable if no one is available at the first attempt.

Important information

  • No delivery to parcel stations
  • Prepayment: shipping only after payment received
  • If item is unavailable: full refund. We reserve the right not to deliver.

Before delivery

  • If delivery fails due to recipient not being reachable, additional charges apply.
  • Please ensure delivery address is complete and correct.
  • For freight deliveries, please provide a phone number where you can be reached.

Transport damage and documentation

Please check goods carefully upon delivery. In case of damage, observe the following:

  1. Visible damage: Note on delivery slip (with license plate and time) and have the driver sign. Take photos.
  2. Hidden damage: Packaging intact but product damaged? Report within 7 calendar days with photos and order number via our contact form.

Only with complete documentation can we process a replacement quickly. Thank you for your cooperation!
